It is not an appraisal and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional appraisal or a formal comparative market analysis prepared by a licensed agent.

8.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

Property data may be sourced from public records, MLS data, or third-party providers and may contain errors or be out of date. Home Deal Group does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any estimate or property information provided.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://thehomedeal.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOME DEAL GROUP, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Deal Group and its officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the state where the Company operates, and the award shall be final and binding.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
